Functional Movement for correction and rehabilitation.

The process is both explorative and integrative by nature; anatomy and movement. It is grounded specifically within the gait cycle where every joint passes through every joint motion available in all three dimensions with every step taken over a period of 0.6-0.8 seconds. Hence a focus on the gait cycle to unlock the bodies potential.

There are three main areas of focus:

  1. Foot pressure assessment & gait analysis
  2. Postural analysis
  3. Joint motion

Assessment of the above three areas will provide an insight in to how much of your anatomy you can access and how well can you use it. A tailored exercise plan to practice at home will empower you start treating the cause, not the problem. Restoring lost movement patterns allows the body to reset itself and function optimally again.

The use of cutting-edge technology to provide evidence- based outcome measures and an accurate baseline to track and monitor progress. If you don’t measure it, how do you know if you have improved it?
